Job Descriptions:

• Perform daily exhibition and canvassing activities and ensure sales achievement is in accordance with plans and targets.
• Perform intensive marketing research to identify potential new market and opportunities.
• Maintain existing accounts and establishes new accounts database by planning and organizing daily work. schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunity, including canvassing if necessary.
• Achieve target sets by the company.
• Explain potential customers about the specifications and benefits of the products being sold.
• Closing sales to potential customers.
• Create and complete customer sales administration.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma Degree in any major, preferably in communication/marketing major.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as Sales, preferably in Property & Developer Company.
• Must have excellent knowledge of property industry.
• Target oriented and attractive personality.
• Sales oriented personality, good communication and have wide network.
• Willing to be placed in Batam.
