Job Description:

  • Making travel arrangements and hotel reservation
  • Maintaining the filing system
  • Submitting and reconciling monthly expense reports
  • Handling Office Boy and Drivers (working schedule, attendance, etc)
  • Handling incoming and outgoing letters
  • Preparing for holiday hampers internally or external parties
  • Processing cash advances for internal usage
  • Performing other tasks delegated by the superior.

Job Requirements:

  • SMA/SMK or Bachelor`s degree in any field
  • Having 1-2 years of experience in the same position would be an advantage. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent in both written and verbal English and Mandarin languages
  • Meticulous in any task given by the Superior
  • Possess strong initiative; able to work in teams
  • Understand work ethic and ethos also have a high willingness to learn
